Yes. EFT and some other therapies can be offered online as well as in person. Reiki is currently available in person while I complete further training for distance work. If you are unsure what is possible remotely, please ask and we can discuss what would suit you best.
Sessions are calm, unhurried, and focused on helping your body and mind settle. Depending on what we are working with, we may use EFT tapping, Reiki, or intuitive energy work. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. Most clients describe feeling deeply relaxed and clearer afterwards.

Emotional responses are completely welcome. This is a safe and confidential space, and you will never be rushed or judged. If emotions arise, we work with them gently and at your pace.
No. You are always in control of what you choose to share. We only explore what feels manageable for you.
Yes. Every session is personalised to what is happening in your life at that moment. I may use one therapy or blend approaches depending on what will support you most effectively.
