Terms & Cancellation Policy

I offer intuitive therapy (chakra balancing) ,reiki treatments,dimensional reiki treatments, Emotional Freedom technique (tapping on meridian points) , chakragraphs (picture offering intuitive insight ).

 

Please note that all treatments are alternative therapy and not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

If you have a medical condition speak to your gp before booking a treatment.

Appointments are subject to availability. In the event that I have to cancel your appointment I will offer an alternative appointment . 

Payment is in full for all services once an invoice has been sent out to you by email. Payment is by bank transfer. Please give as much notice as possible if cancelling or rearranging an appointment . Rebooking an appointment is subject to availability. 

For cancelling with less than 48 hours a cancellation fee of ten pounds will apply (except in exceptional circumstances )if not rebooking another appointment . The rest will be refunded back to you. Please note in person treatments that have been given there will be no refund given as the service has already been given and accepted by you.

For online services  received refunds will be given only within 14 day cooling off period and not after this time. 

If I think I can not help you any further  or you seem to require more than I can offer and you would not benefit from any treatments or further  further treatments I can terminate my services at any time giving you sufficient notice.
